Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During new drops, sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for metro and major cities and 5–10 business days for remote or non-metro locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, address issues, or other situations outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹1999 as part of store promotions.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. COD availability is subject to courier serviceability and order verification.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal, or failed COD verification, the package may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please record photos/videos and contact us immediately.
