We want your SolahAnna fit to feel right. Please read the return and exchange terms below before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and quality checks.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoices, and any included accessories. Items that fail quality check may be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns or exchanges for used, washed, altered, damaged-by-customer items, final sale items, customized items, innerwear, hygiene-sensitive products, accessories, or products returned without original tags/packaging.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product clears quality check. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or another approved method. COD refunds may require bank or UPI details. Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Approval

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to approval and inspection by the SolahAnna team.
